International Women’s Day with Smile Makers Collection!

Hey lovelies! Happy International Women’s Day to all you lovely ladies that are reading! Sorry gents this is pretty much a female related post I do apologise!

So ladies if you read my last post on Smile Makers Collection I mentioned about women’s sexual health and that I would be talking more about it very soon, so here I am! Sexual health and happiness is so important for both men and women of course, but I’m focusing on the ladies today!

Smile Makers Collection have a mission and I’ve jumped right on board! The aim is to normalise sexual wellbeing, let people speak up about their sex life without being embarrassed. To be able to experiment and show people they that sex and sex products is a natural, healthy part of life and beauty care too!

Being a woman sometimes it is hard to openly talk about sex without feeling a little blushed or some kind of way, but it’s the most natural thing in the world and I think women should be able to embrace it and own it. Women should be able to love sex too without being judged. Now I’m a single lady and I still like to treat myself if you know what I’m saying (every girl has needs!), so the products I got sent from Smile Makers Collection are VERY useful. According to a very recent survey did you know that up to 50% of women own a vibrator of some sort? 50%! And that’s not the part that blows your mind, wait for it! A whopping 9/10 women said they would view someone who owns them in a positive light, amazing! For some reason theres almost a label attached to people with sex toys or who enjoy trying new things, that’s got to go right now! It’s life and it’s totally normal, don’t ever be afraid to try something new or give yourself a treat! In the survey it also found that up to 90% of women were open to buying one for themselves if they didn’t already have one. So ladies if you don’t already, be sure to check out Smile Makers Website and have some fun!

A lot of women would say their most important attribute is their smile. Well sexual wellbeing is associated with happiness and feeling beautiful, so a good sex life should equal a big smile! Some fun stats for you, did you know….

8/10 feel that self-pleasuring improves overall wellbeing!

7/10 say that self-pleasuring makes them feel beautiful!

And it’s not just the women who say so, doctors and professional sexual experts have agreed a good sex life is good for you. It’s even proven that sexual activity can help with people suffering with things like ANXIETY, chronic PAIN and even AGEING! So if you won’t take my word for it listen to the doctors ladies!

I really hope people like this post I know it’s a little different but I’m genuinely on board with this and happy to be working with this great brand. Remember always be safe during sex and look after yourself. But enjoy, treat yourself and have some bloody fun!

Heres the link to Smile Makers Collection website, and here’s a lovely bonus, there’s a current promotion of 20% off certain products until the 31st March! So be sure to grab yourself a bargain before then. Thanks so much for reading.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Products Review.

Hey lovelies! Hope you are all well, even though it’s Monday I know!

So a while back I decided to treat myself to some more high end beauty products. I usually stick to my favourites which are mainly from the high street/drug store. I’m a bit of a brow geek so I’ve played around with so many different brow products from loads of brands. One brand that seemed to keep popping up most in YouTube videos and tutorials was Anastasia Beverly Hills. Now I’m not usually someone who buys something just because it’s everywhere but I genuinely thought these would be good products for me and I am SO glad I went for it.

I picked up the Dipbrow Pomade in shade Dark Brown and Brow Wiz in shade Ebony. The Brow Wiz is a really dark brown, i tend to go darker with pencils and blend it out for a more natural effect. Ive found in the past some pencils in brown have a weird orange tone so I now tend to go a shade darker. So don’t be put off by the shade ebony it’s actually not as dark as it looks! I’m not sure what kind of unicorn fairy magic they put into the formula of the pencil but it is the most incredible product I think I’ve ever used for my brows. It glides on so smoothly and when blended it doesn’t just disappear. It has great staying power most days I don’t even have to go over them (I literally have NO brows so they love to go for a wonder sometimes lol) It’s great for creating small hair like strokes and/or filling in sparse brows. If you are looking to create a defined shape, or go for a more messy look either way the Brow Wiz will work perfectly. It’s so versatile yet so easy to use I’m just a bit blown away by it. It’s only £15.50 which at first I thought was a bit much for an eyebrow pencil (I’m used to my Rimmel £3.99 bargain), but it is so worth it. It lasts quite a while and like I mentioned before it has good staying power. I never really thought there could be much difference between brow pencils but this has changed the game forever for me.

The Dipbrow is also very dark but it’s so easy to blend and goes lighter once you’ve blended it through the brow. Even though I have pretty much no eyebrows, I still prefer a more natural look and this works perfectly for me. I found this product can dry out a little so sometimes I put a tiny bit of primer on my angled eyebrow brush and use it to make it a little smoother. I would recommend using a flat angled brush with Dipbrow, I picked myself up a cheap one from Amazon which works perfectly well with it. I also have my Real Techniques brush which also works really well with the DipBrow. A little goes a long way with this too so my one recommendation is to use sparingly. I think for £15 this is a really well priced, high quality product. Using this alongside the Brow Wiz creates the perfect brow for me.

I picked up both from BeautyBay, I got free delivery too as orders over £15 qualify for free delivery, result! Overall I am so impressed with both products but I think you can tell the Brow Wiz is my favourite. I would recommend any brow fanatic like me to try both of them at least once, they really are great high quality products well worth the price.

Hope you enjoy the post, please if you have any brow tips or recommend any other products please do share! I’ll be doing a tutorial style post very soon so keep an eye out for that guys!

SmileMakers Collection Goodies!

Hey guys 🙂 Hope you are all well and have got a good Friday feeling!

Todays post is something a bit different and something I think some people are a bit afraid to talk about, Sex! I recently teamed up with a great brand who sell sex products, but not just that they really focus on promoting safe sex and female well being and even have an upcoming promotion for International Women’s Day!  I will have a post next week focusing more on the health side of things but today I wanted to introduce the company to you and show you a few products they have to offer.

Now im a single girl and I have been for a while, so I can’t speak for experimenting with your partner, but all the products are suitable for your own use or to spice things up for you and your partner! It is actually proven that a better sex life wether single or not makes you feel better all round, so why not do what the doctor says right?!

I got sent a cute little package which included a few toys and a product called ‘generous gel’.

The Generous Gel is made with only pure natural ingredients including plant extracts which is great especially for those with more sensitive skin. It’s also totally safe to use with condoms so don’t be afraid to use it at the same time. All products are ensured to be completely safe for your body with most toys being phthalate free, and fully waterproof! The Millionaire and The Frenchman are the two personal massagers I received to try. I’m so happy with them, they are so subtle yet effective ladies lol! Both are totally body safe and fully waterproof. My personal favourite is the millionaire. It’s small and cute, so simple and not over the top. It’s also really quiet which I think is a great bonus, no one wants excessive noise lol!

All the products look so sleek and modern I just adore them. No fancy things or oversized madness (I’m sure we’ve all seen some scary stuff in more well known adult brands lol) just simple, well made high quality products. The packaging is so simple and discreet at the same time. Simple designs which I really love and no shouting about what it is all over the packet.

I am so impressed with the quality of everything from the packaging down to the product itself. Each product comes with detailed instructions of use and how to stay safe using them. The products them self are so pretty, which sounds crazy but they are! Super smooth designs which look and feel amazing!

The Millionaire!

My post next week will talk more about some facts on female sexual health for International Women’s Day, some I never even knew myself! So please keep a look out ladies it’s really eye opening!

Ladies (and men too) I honestly could not recommend this brand enough. I am so excited to be working with them and I genuinely am so impressed with the company and their products. Please do check them out and if you have any questions drop a comment. Remember always stay safe, but have fun 😉

Birchbox Review. Is it worth it?

Hey lovelies!

So I recently subscribed to Birchbox after a friend of mine recommended me. I asked if you wanted to see a post and you lovely lot responded so here’s my review!

My first impressions are very positive. Signing up was super easy it literally took a few minutes and it was all done. They have a great profile feature where you can chose your skin type, hair type and any preferences to products you would like. I think this is great for personalising your box each month to suit your own needs, I personally have very dry skin and hair so will love to try new products specifically for that.

In February Birchbox teamed up with Papier the stationary company to feature two designs on the box. So at the checkout you got to pick which one you’d like which I think was a really lovely touch. It has beautiful pink tones and it’s just so pretty.

The box itself is smaller than I imagined but the actual products are bigger than I expected and I’m really impressed. I got a free Smith&Cult lipstick with this month so that wasn’t included but the box contained 5 other beauty products.

Each box came with a spectrum eyeshadow brush, so excited to now have one in my collection I wanted to treat myself to some anyway so this was a great way to try one without spending loads of money on a set. I’m really impressed with the brush it’s super soft and perfect for blending.

It also came with two hair products, a facial mask and a small eyeshadow palette. The eyeshadow palette from Pop is gorgeous, has three shadows to create a perfect look, a light, medium and dark shade which I think is a really handy little compact. The facial mask looks really nice its from a Korean company who are said to be ahead of the game when it comes to skincare. I’m going to do a full review of that once I’ve tried it so keep an eye out!

The Show finishing spray is really pretty, just look at that packaging! It’s a high quality hairspray contains some great natural products including argon oil so it actually conditions your hair whilst keeping it in place. I can’t wait to play with this more!

Overall I am super impressed with Birchbox. It’s really good value for money at only £10 per month plus p+p which is around £3, and the products are all really good quality. I’m definitely going to continue my subscription and I can’t wait for my next box.

Hope you all enjoyed this post and find it useful if you were thinking of subscribing! Have a great weekend…

Stationary love…

Hey everyone I hope you are all well as always 🙂

Todays post is a bit different for me, usually I talk about fashion or beauty related things but today it’s all about stationary! I’m a massive geek when it comes to new stationary, at one point I genuinely wanted to be a calligrapher I kid you not. I love writing and playing with pens and pretty pads! And now I’m in the blogging world I finally have an excuse to buy loads more cute stationary. Yay!

So I went on a bit of a stationary haul and thought I’d share my new favourite bits with you all. Surprisingly I found a lot of this on offer in Sainsburys and I was so impressed with the range they had, I could’ve spent a hell of a lot more.  I think it’s only in their larger stores which luckily my town has, but I would definitely recommend checking it out if you pop in to a sainsbos anytime soon.

This is my first little buy. Such a cute little notepad. Perfect for all my lists and blog planning. I think it was only around £2-3 which I think is a bargain. It’s good quality and i would’ve happily paid more for it so I’m super happy with this.

Here’s my next pieces. How amazing is this weekly planner?! It’s so pretty with different designs on each page. Perfect for my day to day notes and reminders, I’m always forgetting things so this comes in handy for me. I got the little pencils and paper clips more for accessorising my pictures (guilty) but aren’t they so pretty! I’m still loving the rose gold everything at the moment so I just had to get these. They were only a few pounds each too so again I think well worth the money.

I would love any recommendations you guys have of where to get some more stationary bits, I’m always on the look out for more.

Hope you all are having a great start to the week and enjoy this post….

My Top Products!

Hello lovelies, hope you are all well! I recently ran a Twitter poll to see what you’d like to see next on my blog. Thank you for voting too guys always appreciated! So this post is going to be all about my favourite products, both all time and new finds, hope you enjoy beauts!

My absolute favourite product of all time is Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. I know it’s quite an expensive product to love but this is the only fragrance I truly love and one bottle can last me a whole year. It’s a strong and lasting scent so a little goes a very long way! You may have seen my dupe post so if like me sometimes you just can’t spare the pennies, check out New Looks ‘Pure Blush’ fragrance. It’s a fantastic dupe for Coco Mademoiselle and it’s an absolute bargain! Another tip for you lovelies, at the airport I accidentally bought the ‘hair mist’ spray instead of the perfume. It was a fraction of the price and it smelt exactly the same just the scent was a little weaker. So if you can’t break the bank for the actual perfume, go for the hair mist it does exactly the same job!

Next up is my eyebrow pencil from Anastasia Beverly Hills. I’ve recently fallen head over heels in love with this product, seriously! I always thought to myself what difference can one pencil make to the other? Ive never been happier to be wrong. I was previously using one from Rimmel which I do still use sometimes as it’s a great product at only a few pounds too. Now I HAVE to use a pencil as I pretty much have no eyebrows (blame teenage over plucking) and have to draw them on daily. So I branched out after seeing a lot of people recommend the Brow Wiz by ABH, and i am so glad I did. I don’t know exactly what magical unicorn dust they put into the formula for this product but it’s truly amazing. It’s a very thin pencil in more of a crayon type formula. The shape makes it really easy to get thin hair like strokes. The connected spoolie is also really handy, it’s great for blending out the product and getting your desired shape too. I genuinely think the Brow Wiz is worth every penny, I got mine from Beauty Bay for £15.50 and I would definitely recommend to any brow fanatic!

Next up is the Maybelline eye eraser. This is definitely one of the best products I’ve EVER used. I purchased it after seeing a YouTube review rave about it so I had to give it a go. It is incredible and I don’t say that easily. I either use it as a base underneath my contour or on its own when I want to go for a more natural look. I don’t even have to use foundation I just blend it across a few areas on my face and it gives amazing coverage. It’s great for covering dark circles and bags under the eyes with only a small amount of product too. I highly recommend giving this a go, i found mine at my local sainsburys but you can find it in most high street make up stores. And only £7.99 I think it’s a bargain!

My last favourite for this post is the Girls With Attitude lashes fantasy range. If you follow me on Instagram you’d have seen many posts of me wearing this range. They are such high quality Lashes yet such a bargain I still can’t quite believe it. I first got mine in Savers for around £2.99. They are so lightweight and easy to apply, weightless on the eyes and still they add volume and length. They are probably the best lashes I’ve bought in a long time and they have become a firm favourite of mine. They do all kinds of styles but I have to say the current fantasy range is my favourite, the styles are so pretty yet not too over the top which is just right for me. Again I highly recommend these guys, absolute bargain but great quality!

I hope you all enjoy the post and maybe try out some of these great products if you haven’t already!
